All sales are final. Slots are non-refundable once published, including messages later removed for breaking these rules. Because of that, we screen every message before you are charged — if it fails, you are not charged at all and you can edit and try again.
One dollar buys one numbered slot. A slot gets you:
Buying more slots buys more space on the board, not more time on the stage. The only thing that buys stage time is BOOST, which places your message on the stage exclusively for 60 seconds.
We do not guarantee any particular number of views, clicks, reactions or customers. View counts shown on the site are our own good-faith measurements, counted once per viewer per campaign within a short window; they are not independently audited. Treat them as an indication, not a guarantee.

You keep ownership of what you write. By posting it you give us permission to display, store and reproduce it on the site and in promotion of the site.
We may remove any message that breaks these rules, or that we are legally required to remove. Removal does not come with a refund. Screening happens before payment specifically so that this is rare — if something is going to be rejected, we would rather it never became a purchase.
Slots are non-refundable. The product is delivered the moment your message is published, and it cannot be un-published from the people who have already seen it.
The exception is our own error: if we take payment and fail to publish your slot, or charge you the wrong amount, contact us and we will put it right, including a full refund where appropriate.
If you are a consumer in the UK or EU: by purchasing, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once it is published. Checkout asks you to confirm this before paying.
You do not need an account to buy a slot. If you create one, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or attempt to manipulate reactions, free slots, or view counts.
Free slots earned through reactions have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
There are one million slots. We intend to stop selling once they are gone. We reserve the right to withhold a small number of slots for our own use and for correcting mistakes.
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
